A Symbiosis of Business, Art and Design

EVER SINCE ITS OPENING, THE FOUR POINTS HOTEL BY SHERATON IN BOLZANO HAS RELIED ON THE EXPERIENCE DIMENSIONS OF ART & DESIGN. A COMPREHENSIVE COLLECTION OF CONTEMPORARY ART WITH WORKS BY FRIEDRICH BIEDERMANN, ARNOLD MARIO DALL’O, ROBERT PAN, JASMINE DEPORTA, PATRICK RAMPELOTTO, SYLVIA PICHLER AND THOMAS ZANON LARCHER IS PRESENTED IMPRESSIVELY IN ROOMS, SUITES AND PUBLIC AREAS. IT’S NO SECRET THAT THIS SUCCESSFUL SYMBIOSIS OF BUSINESS, ART & DESIGN ACCOMPLISHES A FASCINATING, CREATIVE AMBIENCE IN THIS HOTEL.

Recently, the MEC – Meeting & Event Center – was opened at the hotel. Meetings, conferences, events and business happen in touch with the latest trends, professionally organised. The MEC offers 14 individually configurable, modern, high-tech rooms with an area of over 1800 m², a Big Room with a capacity of up to 1000 guests and a full service banqueting team.

The MEC represents a great opportunity for South Tyrol. It is now possible to host international events and congresses in a modern structure with full service offers. The key words are flexibility, innovation and professionalism, says Isidoro Di Franco, director of the Four Points by Sheraton Bolzano.

The “Ortler-Ortles” Big Room is captivating, with an atmosphere that can be completely individualised in terms of colour, a stage up to 10m wide, a projection area of more than 8m, a projector with Ansilumen light output and an audiosystem by “Bose” which creates a concert feeling. The facilities are rounded off by a control room, two booths for simultaneous interpretation, a backstage area and a connected kitchen for Gala dinners and events.

The Networking Foyers on the first floor and ground floors have their own bar, access to the Bolzano Trade Fair Open Air area, and a terrace on the first floor. Of course, this can’t do without an artistic touch. ARNOLD MARIO DALL’O had a very special idea: Contour lines stretch across the entire wall in the foyer. A contemporary interpretation of the world famous South Tyrolean mountain world which is also reflected in the names of the individual rooms, matching the overall concept: Ortler, Schlern, Drei Zinnen.
